Salary: $180,000 - $300,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and implement solutions spanning AWS, Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Improve system observability, reliability, and data correctness
• Develop customer empathy to propose system improvements
• Lead projects from ideation to release
• Mentor and support junior engineers

Requirements

• Must be onsite at HQ in San Mateo, CA
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems at scale
• Experience shipping customer-facing products or internal tools
• Expertise in AWS foundational services including Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2
• Passion for observability and system reliability
• Flexible and adaptive to fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other ERP systems
