What you will do

  • Actively prospect sales opportunities and strategically work with internal teams to generate qualified leads.
  • Present compelling demonstrations of the hirify.global platform to meet customer needs and drive solution adoption.
  • Skillfully address objections and provide solutions to eliminate barriers and gain commitment.
  • Drive the sales process to closure by demonstrating the value proposition of hirify.global.
  • Update customer relationship management tools regularly and provide accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience in enterprise technology, Software as a Service (SaaS) or similar complex solution sales to Executive-level buyers.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant career experience.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a hirify.global office

Nice to have

  • Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.
  • Ability to demonstrate complex software applications.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business issues.
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
