What you will do

  • Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new partners and provide training on hirify.global’s products and solutions.
  • Develop and execute partnership plans tailored to the needs and goals of each partner, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on strategy and performance metrics.
  • Assist partners in developing effective sales strategies, participating in key meetings and demos to support closing deals.
  • Guide partners through the integration of hirify.global into their service portfolio, providing ongoing support to address challenges and optimize service delivery.
  • Focus on high-potential partners, leading strategic engagements and ensuring alignment with hirify.global’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or a related role within the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of compliance automation and related technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
