What you will do
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new partners and provide training on ’s products and solutions.
- Develop and execute partnership plans tailored to the needs and goals of each partner, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align on strategy and performance metrics.
- Assist partners in developing effective sales strategies, participating in key meetings and demos to support closing deals.
- Guide partners through the integration of into their service portfolio, providing ongoing support to address challenges and optimize service delivery.
- Focus on high-potential partners, leading strategic engagements and ensuring alignment with ’s objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or a related role within the technology or software industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of compliance automation and related technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
