TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (MarTech): Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive account/territory plan and driving sales within a defined territory to achieve revenue targets. Focus on solution-oriented selling, helping prospects understand how products address their unique business needs, and facilitating every stage in the sales cycle.

What you will do

  • Be a strategic business partner for prospective customers and own the entire sales cycle.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals with Enterprise-sized organizations.
  • Actively work your identified target accounts while continually building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Be the quarterback for your prospective customers and know when to pull in the right stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Success.
  • Understand the competition and strategically speak to hirify.global's place in the market.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of B2B SaaS full cycle sales experience, selling into organizations >2k people with an ICP of marketing and sales leaders.
  • 2+ years within MarTech.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachievement.
  • Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business.
  • Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to interface and develop productive C-level relationships.
