Requirements

• Experience managing engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong background in fullstack development with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Java, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development.
• Experience with SQL and RDBMS, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
