What you will do

• Identify, engage and nurture new customer relationships
• Align solutions to the customer’s goals, needs and objectives
• Develop strong rapport with a pipeline of new business customers
• Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts for hirify.global’s sales process
• Provide technical support to customers, if needed
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS experience preferred
• 0-2 Years of previous customer service experience
• Strong technical aptitude to help users succeed with the hirify.global software
• Working knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation tools, and Social Media Management
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new complex software platforms quickly
