What you will do

• Lead technical design sessions and create architectural blueprints.
• Provide oversight and governance for engineering projects.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years on Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications: Application Architect & System Architect required.
• Deep expertise across the Salesforce suite.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC).
