What you will do

• Manage interview scheduling and coordination across time zones, recruiters, and hiring managers with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
• Create best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer, ensuring candidates feel valued.
• Handle operational tasks like posting jobs, configuring interview plans, auditing data, and pulling reports.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to document, improve, and project-manage hiring processes.
• Proactively identify and solve scheduling or process challenges, suggesting scalable improvements.
• Support recruiting projects to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Prior coordination experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a growing technology company.
