What you will do

• Deliver engaging training sessions in various formats for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Work closely with customers to tailor content to diverse skill levels.
• Develop deep expertise across hirify.global’s product suite to effectively answer customer questions and guide them.
• Partner with the global Education team to shape training content and share insights.
• Provide product training for hirify.global team members as needed.
• Partner with customer-facing teams and account stakeholders to ensure a seamless training experience.

Requirements

• Bring 2-3 years of experience delivering training, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with programming languages and concepts that underpin modern web and mobile development (e.g. JavaScript, Java, Python, Swift, SQL, or RESTful APIs).
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Be dynamic and enthusiastic, building strong interpersonal connections.
• Can prioritize effectively, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Can travel 50-60% within the APJ and EMEA region, with occasional global travel for team offsites or company events..
