What you will do

• Develop product knowledge and translate technical updates into accessible training content and newsletters.
• Design, deliver, and maintain scalable digital learning experiences, including videos and interactive modules.
• Build and manage structured onboarding journeys for new hires in Professional Services across EMEA.
• Expand enablement programs to external partners to ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials to ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align training with business goals.

Requirements

• Solid experience in enablement, onboarding, or training within SaaS or Professional Services.
• Proficiency in instructional design and creating digital learning content using LMS and video editing tools.
• Experience managing multiple enablement projects and working with international teams.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for internal and external partners.
• Analytical mindset to measure training impact through KPIs and adoption metrics.
