What you will do

  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, journey maps, FAQs, and guides for new tools and workflows.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions, including role-specific paths, slide decks, and onboarding content.
  • Run live AMA sessions, post-training reinforcement, and targeted coaching based on observed skill gaps.
  • Track adoption metrics, draft internal communications, and maintain feedback loops with program teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies in Customer Success workflows, coordinate improvements with team leads, and conduct post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management, enablement, learning & development, or training coordination in technology/SaaS environments.
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences.
  • Training design and facilitation experience across roles and skill levels.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks like ADKAR.
  • Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse cultures and regions; resilience in high-change environments.
  • Location: Sydney, Australia (hybrid); reliable internet for remote work (50mb DL/10mb UL).
