What you will do
- Understand customer initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking across various areas and share expertise in Decisioning, Analytics, & Optimization.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology to understand their decision management problems.
- Research and shape potential solution opportunities with internal teams to formulate solution proposals.
- Ensure clients are delighted with solutions purchased, creating long-term and profitable relationships.
- Collaborate across internal teams to educate customers on the business value of the Platform.
- Manage sales to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Requirements
- Proven success in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives in large financial institutions.
- Experience in structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions.
- Familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
- Knowledge in applying technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
