What you will do

  • Work with existing and new customers to understand their key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders in Business and Technology.
  • Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement.
  • Ensure clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate across internal hirify.global teams to shape a cohesive sales effort.
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Proven Senior-Level Relationship Experience with large financial institutions.
  • Enterprise Solution Sales Expertise with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, and fraud prevention.
  • Good level of familiarity with Architecture, Integration, Cloud, and AI.
  • Ability to craft and execute joint business plans.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client interactions.
