What you will do
- Develop and operate global sales compensation programs from design to administration.
- Manage commission forecasting, payment processing, budgeting, and accruals.
- Ensure compliance of compensation programs and oversee management systems.
- Design and facilitate training programs for Sales Management on compensation strategies.
- Develop metrics to assess program efficiency and present findings to Executive Leadership.
- Lead the strategic evolution of sales compensation to align with consumption-based SaaS models and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation, with significant experience in SaaS/Platform companies that have undergone pricing model transformations.
- Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business emphasis preferred).
- Executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of global business complexity and compliance requirements.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with expertise in complex reporting and Excel.
- Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
