What you will do

• Own paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn) - from strategy to creative testing and optimization.
• Manage and scale hirify.global’s affiliate program, with structured tracking, incentives, and ROI analysis.
• Partner on SEO improvements and lightweight content/organic experiments.
• Implement and maintain attribution frameworks (pixels, CAPI, Roadway, Segment, SDKs) to measure impact with confidence.
• Provide clear reporting on channel performance, ROI, and recommendations for budget allocation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2C fintech, SaaS, or marketplaces (crypto a plus).
• Proven ability to run and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Hands-on experience with tracking/attribution tools (pixels, SDKs, CAPI, Segment, Roadway, Looker).
• Affiliate program management and channel optimization experience.
• Familiarity with SEO and lifecycle marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical and testing mindset; comfortable building dashboards and frameworks.
