What you will do
- Serve as an account owner and advocate for Mid-market and SMB customers.
- Drive adoption of best practices and change management methodologies.
- Own the full customer lifecycle including onboarding and renewals.
- Identify and support new opportunities for customer value.
- Present business reviews to senior executives with data-based recommendations.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
- Experience in upselling and retaining customers.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions.
- Experience with data visualization techniques.
- Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 15%).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
