What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B customers across all account needs.
- Onboard and implement new employer customers from sign-up through funding of accounts.
- Increase customer loyalty and value by providing consultative, white-glove support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Drive revenue from existing employers via upselling and cross selling additional products.
- Partner with customers’ third-party vendors, benefits consultants, and brokers; facilitate recurring meetings as requested.
- Use AI-powered solutions and automation to improve customer experience, streamline workflows, and create Jira bug reports for reproducible product issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, account management, or a similar role.
- Experience delivering exceptional support to B2B customers.
- Central Time Zone preferred.
- Experience with upselling and cross selling to existing customers and meeting revenue goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and automation platforms to improve customer experience and efficiency.
