What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payer organizations, building trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead onboarding and implementation efforts for AI-driven products.
- Drive user adoption by training health plan staff on solution functionality.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and member outcomes.
- Manage ongoing client communications and gather feedback.
- Define success metrics tailored to payer use cases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years working with or within health plans.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or implementation roles.
- Deep understanding of payer workflows across departments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
