What you will do

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring and expanding Enterprise accounts.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, deal reviews, and career development planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver strategic, customer-centric solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Drive sales operations and forecasting, ensuring accurate and data-informed performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on horizontal platforms and AI and/or automation solutions.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing Enterprise sales teams.
  • Experience closing and leading large, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals—typically $500K+—with a consultative sales approach.
  • Comfortable speaking to technical and business audiences alike, with credibility in areas like integrations, APIs, compliance, and scalability.
  • Operationally strong with pipeline management, precise forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and bring a builder’s mindset to new challenges.
