What you will do

• Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest to deal close, coordinating cross-functionally.
• Create detailed business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives across various industries to close deals.
• Consult with prospects and existing customers on business objectives and requirements.
• Model diverse use cases where hirify.global can drive business transformation.
• Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records in Salesforce.

Requirements

• First-hand experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS B2B or finance product.
• Ability to open and develop a corporate market across EMEA.
• Proficiency in partnering with business leaders, developing long-term relationships, and closing deals.
• Affinity for tech and product issues and/or relevant experience in finance or business planning.
• Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact.
• Resourceful and creative problem-solver in understanding client business needs.
