Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Location: Remote or hybrid depending on proximity to office hubs; travel to team and company-wide offsites several times a year is expected.

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable frontend solutions that create positive user experiences.
• Participate in architectural discussions and define frontend technical direction.
• Deliver new features and improvements with minimal guidance.
• Define, maintain, and advocate for standards covering style, maintainability, and best practices through code review.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and agile teams to design, develop, test, and support technical solutions.
• Manage the full development lifecycle while ensuring application performance, scalability, and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with Redux or another global state management framework.
• Experience styling theme- and component-based web applications.
• Familiarity with relational databases and production software deployment, preferably in SaaS.
• Expertise in Agile principles and strong written communication skills.
