Frontend Developer (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid role based in Greenville, South Carolina, United States, with an average of 1–2 days per week in the Greenville office.

Salary: $95,164–$130,000 per year.

What you will do

• Create, enhance, and maintain web applications.
• Develop and review code using JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and data scientists to build cohesive user experiences.
• Define and integrate REST-based APIs.
• Troubleshoot customer-reported application issues and provide support.
• Write unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government security clearance before starting are required.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries, plus a related bachelor's degree; alternative experience and education paths are available.
• Experience with the agile software development lifecycle and configuration management tools such as Git, Nexus, or Maven.
• Comfort working on a Linux command line and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certification is required within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular attendance at the Greenville, SC office.

Nice to have

• Current Secret-level or Top Secret-level U.S. Government security clearance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, YouTrack, or GitHub.
