Senior Frontend Engineer (Web3)

Location: Remote worldwide. Flexible schedule from 10:00–19:00. Employment is arranged through an entity or EOR based on the candidate's location.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications and features used by millions of people.
• Build semantic, adaptive, cross-browser, cross-platform, and accessible layouts.
• Design reusable component systems and contribute to shared UI and design system libraries.
• Optimize rendering, bundle size, Core Web Vitals, and frontend monitoring.
• Integrate backend services and external APIs, define API contracts, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Backend, and DevOps.
• Improve build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, Docker environments, testing practices, architecture, and mentor Junior and Middle engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience.
• Advanced JavaScript and TypeScript skills, including asynchronous programming, object-oriented programming, memory management, generics, utility types, and custom type declarations.
• Strong experience with semantic responsive layouts, web standards, accessibility, CSS, SASS/SCSS, CSS-in-JS, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Experience with state management, SSR/isomorphic applications, component systems, data structures, design patterns, caching, and separating business logic from framework code.
• Experience with Vite or Webpack, code quality tools, unit and E2E testing, REST APIs, Docker, Git/GitLab, and Figma.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Web3 frontend experience, including wallet integration, wallet and signing standards, ethers, viem, and wagmi.
• Experience with WebView or React Native applications, Core Web Vitals, SEO, web security, performance profiling, and design system libraries.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers.
• Practical experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor for engineering work.
