Account Executive

TL;DR

Account Executive: Closing new business and evangelizing the hirify.global story with an accent on relationship-based selling and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas. Focus on aligning hirify.global solutions with prospect business objectives, overcoming objections, and collaborating with the account team to drive new business.

Location: Must be able to work onsite in our Lehi, UT office (Monday-Friday)

Salary: 75K Base 150 OTE

What you will do

• Close new business through relationship-based selling.
• Evangelize the hirify.global story.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Align hirify.global solutions with prospect business objectives/needs.
• Manage and overcome prospect objections.
• Collaborate effectively with the account team to drive new business.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Tenacious hunger to win business and close deals.
• Demonstrated experience and success in a sales role.
• Experience with quota and commission compensation structure.
• Ability to confidently speak with prospects of all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in our Lehi, UT office (Monday-Friday)

Nice to have

• 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
• 3+ year in sales closing experience
• Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business
• Consistent over-achievement in past positions
• Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
