Account Executive

TL;DR

Account Executive (Sales): Developing effective advertising programs for clients with an accent on print and digital media solutions. Focus on heavy prospecting, building new business relationships, and achieving personal and team revenue targets.

Location: Must be based in Walnut Creek, California. This is an onsite role requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between sites.

Salary: $21.65–$26.45 per hour (on-target earnings approx. $80,000 including commission).

What you will do

• Lead heavy prospecting and sales plan development for new and existing clients.
• Evaluate opportunities to design custom digital advertising programs.
• Achieve key performance indicators including revenue, active accounts, and market share.
• Manage sales administration tasks and ensure accurate processing of ad orders.
• Apply deep understanding of internet and mobile advertising to solve client challenges.
• Execute consultative selling strategies to close a high volume of sales.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available for shift work and travel between sites as needed.
• Proven track record of sales success and drive to meet revenue targets.
• Consultative selling expertise and ability to close high volume of sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in media sales.
