What you will do
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new prospect accounts.
- Uncover and understand a client’s needs through in-depth discovery.
- Demonstrate the value propositions of hirify.global’s products and services by positioning a high-ROI solution.
- Lead a sales cycle and collaborate internally with various teams to close business.
- Manage and grow the territory with accurate and realistic forecasting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of new business sales experience in eCommerce, digital, or SaaS.
- Experience selling into multiple Executive/C-Level stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience of a recognised sales methodology.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Fluent written and oral in German and English.
Nice to have
- Additional language skills.
- Experience using SalesForce, Powerpoint, and Excel.
- Full authorization to work in the EU without any restrictions; sponsorship will not be provided.
