Location: Pursuant to hirify.global’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 / year in Boston and New York City

What you will do

• Manage stakeholder requests with clear prioritization and translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure alignment on solution design, delivery timelines, and business outcomes.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, contributing to iterative development cycles.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps, while proactively integrating testing and validation early in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), tracking defects, and ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with QA and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance or a related field, with 6+ years of experience in fintech or financial services, and strong domain knowledge in asset management
• Proven success in Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product development using design thinking to create user-centric financial solutions
• Strong financial and technical acumen with hands-on experience in systems analysis
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and datasets: MSCI BarraOne, Aladdin, Bloomberg, ESG Manager, Rimes, Morningstar
• Experience applying AI and Large Language Models to enhance data analysis and user experience in financial platforms
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
