Focus on sourcing new partners and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth.

Location: Remote (US)

Compensation: $88K - $132K

What you will do

  • Source and qualify new services partners through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts
  • Identify firms that specialize in ERP implementation, finance transformation, or business consulting
  • Engage key personas to introduce hirify.global’s partner program
  • Build top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to evolve our GTM playbook
  • Maintain and update partner data in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in partnerships, channel sales, or outbound sales
  • Familiarity with services-led partners
  • Curiosity to understand a partner’s business model
  • Organizational discipline to manage outbound motions

Nice to have

  • Experience in a new sales or partnerships motion
  • Hands-on experience building outbound campaigns
  • Exposure to firms in the NetSuite or Microsoft ecosystems
  • Background in B2B SaaS or fintech
