What you will do

• Lead and manage channel sales teams across the Americas, ensuring execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute channel strategy, covering partner recruitment, enablement, growth, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong executive relationships with top America-based channel partners.
• Partner closely with direct sales, SE, marketing, and alliances teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through channel partners across all regions.
• Ensure channel sales teams are enabled to position solutions and deliver value to partners and customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in channel sales leadership roles within the enterprise infrastructure, storage, or cloud industry.
• Proven success building and scaling channel programs across the Americas.
• Strong track record of managing high-performing channel sales teams.
• Deep relationships and familiarity with leading VARs, resellers, and distributors in the Americas.
• Strategic thinker with excellent operational execution skills.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop top-performing sales talent.
