What you will do

• Run partner evaluations end to end by translating test scenarios into scripts, environments, and success criteria, managing proof-of-value windows, and leading final readouts.
• Lead tailored demos and technical deep dives for Big 4 advisory and audit teams, CFO-office practices, and vendor architects.
• Address questions about integrations, data migration, security, controls, audit trails, and complex finance requirements.
• Build demo environments, playbooks, reference architectures, and certification content to enable partners to sell and deliver hirify.global.
• Partner with Sales and Partnerships on account plans, enterprise scoping, solution design, deal closure, and handover to Implementation.
• Bring evaluation patterns to Product and Engineering and build AI-powered tooling that makes future evaluations faster.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Pre-Sales lead for ERP or finance software, preferably on the vendor side, or in a Big 4 ERP or finance transformation practice.
• Strong accounting foundation covering close, consolidation, intercompany, multi-currency, revenue recognition, and controls.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
• Experience with real implementation projects involving data migration, integrations, and APIs.
• Track record of running structured evaluations, RFPs, or proofs of concept with large or demanding buyers and winning them.
• Executive presence and clear writing, with the ability to explain complex topics in demos, workshops, and written readouts.
• AI-native working approach, demonstrated by changing how work is performed through AI tooling.

Nice to have

• Former Big 4 advisory or audit experience and a qualified accountant certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Experience in a partner or alliances Solutions Engineering role and building channel enablement programs.
• Exposure to IFRS and local GAAP across several European markets, plus SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security reviews.
• Experience configuring AI agents in production or building tools with them.
