What you will do

• Hire and develop a team of expert Account Managers.
• Contribute to the design of the upmarket Account Management methodology.
• Define playbooks and coach your team to achieve KPIs.
• Deliver accurate weekly forecasts for retention and expansion performance.
• Drive adoption of key Account Management competencies.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to represent customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams in the Enterprise segment.
• Proven track record of achieving targets through leadership.
• Experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively across internal teams.
• Deep curiosity of emerging technologies and enthusiasm for cybersecurity.
