What you will do
- Oversee recruitment, mentoring, and development of SDRs.
- Identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and productivity.
- Build and implement a data-driven outbound strategy.
- Deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets.
- Motivate team members through creative incentives.
- Lead by example and champion company principles.
Requirements
- Experience managing high-performing outbound SaaS sales teams.
- Proven track record of team attainment as a front-line leader.
- Ability to scale teams and sell complex solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and coaching ability.
- Willingness to work in the London office 3 days a week.
