What you will do

  • Oversee recruitment, mentoring, and development of SDRs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Build and implement a data-driven outbound strategy.
  • Deliver against sales pipeline and headcount targets.
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives.
  • Lead by example and champion company principles.

Requirements

  • Experience managing high-performing outbound SaaS sales teams.
  • Proven track record of team attainment as a front-line leader.
  • Ability to scale teams and sell complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and coaching ability.
  • Willingness to work in the London office 3 days a week.
