What you will do

• Lead and scale the Integrations Platform and Forward Deployed Engineering organizations.
• Partner with Design, Product, and GTM teams to build an integrations developer platform.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives to align engineering capabilities with business outcomes.
• Guide technical strategy to ensure long-term value and scalability.
• Coach and mentor managers and engineers to foster a high-performance environment.
• Shape hirify.global’s overall engineering culture and strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven experience leading and scaling organizations of 40+ people.
• Track record of driving execution through managers and maintaining a pulse on organizational needs.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of platform principles.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building developer platforms or partner ecosystems.
• Experience with forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in using AI to amplify efficiency and impact.
