Engineering Program Manager

What you will do

• Support the delivery of 1–3 engineering teams by clarifying scope, direction, priorities, and coordination with Product Managers.
• Coordinate technical projects involving scalability, performance, SRE, and product automation.
• Help maintain a healthy release pipeline and participate in incident response.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, quality management, knowledge management, and production stability.
• Lead organizational initiatives involving roles, responsibilities, engineering practices, and large-scale projects.
• Contribute to team-wide communication, hackathons, hiring, and employer-branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience helping technical teams build and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in technical project or product management, engineering management, quality engineering, production, or a related role.
• Ability to read and understand code and to review, comment on, and challenge technical designs; coding is not required.
• Resourcefulness, change-management skills, diligence, integrity, and the ability to build alignment.
• Fluent English required; French is not required.
• The position does not involve people management.
