What you will do

• Translate customer business requirements, spreadsheets, and existing solutions into sophisticated multidimensional models.
• Design and build hirify.global applications tailored to diverse customer use cases.
• Structure and validate high volumes of unstructured data.
• Train customers and co-build solutions so they become self-sufficient.
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
• Integrate source systems and migration solutions using connectors and APIs, while connecting customer stakeholders with the product team.

Requirements

• Strong experience building complex systems and explaining them clearly to different stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and adapt to changing product and customer requirements.
• Strong relationship-building skills, empathy, and dedication to customer outcomes.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Fluent English required; French or additional European languages are advantageous.
• An MBA or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.
