Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany, with remote and hybrid work options; willingness to travel regularly to France and the UK is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and scope solutions for strategic B2B SaaS customers.
• Build fast proofs of concept in safe test environments without using live guest data.
• Design and build customer-facing AI agents and workflow automations using n8n, Make, and hirify.global's AI agent platform.
• Deliver narrowly scoped short-term solutions with documented exit plans and support post-sale health checks and expansions.
• Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, and templates for future customers.
• Share field evidence, prototypes, and product feedback with Product while contributing to AI-focused customer conversations.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS, ideally enterprise platforms or ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, events, and data-flow design.
• Hands-on workflow automation experience, preferably with n8n, and practical experience building with LLM agents.
• Experience managing stakeholders and working credibly with executives and IT teams.
• Strong self-direction, ownership, structured documentation habits, and the ability to turn ideas into working prototypes.
• Fluent English and German are required. Willingness to travel regularly to France and the UK is also required.

Nice to have

• Hospitality or travel experience, including hotel operations and property management system concepts.
• Experience with cloud PMS, channel managers, payments integrations, or large multi-site enterprise architecture projects.
• Applied AI or ML experience, MCP, agent platforms, SQL, or BI fundamentals.
