Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Paris, France. Flexible remote, office, or hybrid work options are available. Regular travel to France and the UK is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and scope solutions for strategic B2B SaaS customers.
• Build safe, fast proofs of concept without using live guest data.
• Design and implement AI agents and workflow automations using n8n, Make, and the company’s AI agent platform.
• Deliver targeted integrations and short-term solutions with documented exit plans.
• Run post-sale health checks, support account expansions, and diagnose integration gaps.
• Create reusable reference architectures, patterns, templates, and product feedback from customer engagements.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in solution architecture, solution engineering, or technical consulting for B2B SaaS or complex enterprise platforms.
• Strong API expertise, including REST, authentication, webhooks, events, and data-flow design.
• Hands-on workflow automation experience, preferably with n8n, plus practical experience building with LLM agents.
• Experience managing stakeholders and working credibly with executives, IT teams, Sales, Account Management, Product, and Security.
• Fluent English and French are required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to France and the UK is required.

Nice to have

• Hospitality or travel experience, including hotel operations and property management system concepts.
• Experience with cloud property management systems, channel managers, or payment integrations.
• Enterprise architecture experience on large, multi-site projects.
• Applied AI or ML experience, MCP, agent platforms, SQL, or business intelligence fundamentals.

Hiring process

• First 30 days focus on learning the platform, shadowing discovery and proof-of-concept work, and taking over open customer projects.
• By days 31–60, lead technical discovery on live deals and run a customer health check.
• By days 61–90, deliver a proof of concept or short-term solution with an exit plan and share an experiment with Product.
