Solutions Architect, New Business, EMEA (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, validation activities, and proofs of value for prospective customers.
• Own technical evaluations, including solution design, proof-of-concept and proof-of-value delivery, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Partner with New Business Account Executives and regional sales teams to support customer acquisition and expansion across EMEA.
• Advise technical practitioners and business leaders on software development, CI/CD, security, cloud practices, and digital transformation.
• Build trusted customer relationships and communicate feedback, use cases, and competitive insights to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Create reusable technical examples, best-practice guidance, and collateral while continuously developing expertise in hirify.global, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proficiency across the software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations technologies.
• Experience leading proofs of concept or proofs of value, tenders, audits, workshops, or value stream assessments.
• Strong technical communication, presentation, relationship-building, and customer advocacy skills.
