What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for all distributors in the market.
• Drive recruitment of new partners into the Channel Partner Program.
• Train, advise, and educate partners on Axis’ products, services, and value proposition.
• Manage stock levels, stock rotation, and product mix to optimize availability.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on distributor marketing activities.
• Set performance targets and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of IP-based technologies and networking solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written.
