What you will do

  • Drive design wins in target accounts by building relationships with customer R&D and technical teams.
  • Conduct customer visits for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and value proposition deployment.
  • Follow up on customer project design processes and provide prompt responses to requests.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing teams, and partners to support sales objectives.
  • Synthesize customer and competitive insights to improve product definition and roadmaps.
  • Project manage design-in campaigns to ensure early involvement and continuous information flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HW design engineering and field application engineering.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is expected.

  • Related work experience in the automotive and consumer segments.
