What you will do
- Own end-to-end new business sales cycles for high-potential Greater China prospects.
- Develop and execute account-level sales strategies aligned with hirify.global’s solutions and client growth plans.
- Build and deepen relationships with management-level and budget-holding decision makers.
- Identify and qualify upsell and expansion opportunities within your book of business in Greater China.
- Lead complex deal structuring and negotiations, leveraging data-driven storytelling.
- Develop a sophisticated understanding of hirify.global’s products and the programmatic ecosystem in Greater China.
Requirements
- 7+ years in digital/media sales or business development with a strategic and consultative approach.
- Direct experience in mobile and/or programmatic advertising in Greater China.
- Proven ability to own complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles end to end.
- Strong commercial skills including influence, negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Advanced data-based decision-making and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with fluency in English and native-level Chinese (Mandarin).
