Senior Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with insurance customers during onboarding and implementation to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver features that improve adoption, satisfaction, and long-term customer success.
• Define, track, and analyze success metrics to measure product impact and guide iteration.
• Balance near-term implementation needs with scalable product solutions for the broader market.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience delivering impactful features with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to simplify complex problems and convert customer challenges into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for working with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ownership and initiative.

Nice to have

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Implementation Specialist, or Customer Success Manager.
