Product Manager (Sage Intacct)

Location: Remote in the United States, Texas

Salary: $100,000–$182,400 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple customer engagements involving Sage Intacct and related software solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements, design solutions, and translate requirements for development teams.
• Support integrations, testing, implementation, rollout, customer training, and transition to professional services.
• Develop project plans and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide technical support, resolve implementation issues, and serve as an escalation point.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS, or computer science.
• Five or more years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP or financial applications, SaaS solutions, or working as a business analyst with accounting and finance software.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users, and technical development teams about system issues, modifications, and deployments.
• Strong business analytics, requirements assessment, problem-solving, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Suite skills required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.

Nice to have

• Programming or coding experience for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Experience supporting or using Sage Intacct.
