Sr Group Manager of Product (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States, with a focus on the East Coast. Travel for in-person engagement, including offsites, team meetings, and customer or industry events, may be required.

Annual base salary: $202,000–$293,000 USD, commission-eligible. The role is also eligible for benefits, equity, and incentive programs.

What you will do

• Lead the Apono product team and oversee the Apono platform, including its integration with hirify.global.
• Set product direction and create alignment across product areas, user experiences, workflows, and integrations.
• Own roadmap execution, clarify priorities, surface tradeoffs, and connect delivery to company goals.
• Guide release planning and tracking, including dependencies, scope changes, launch readiness, and post-release learning.
• Lead, mentor, and support Product Managers while coaching teams to validate customer problems and deliver focused MVPs.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and customers to identify access-management opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of broad product areas or platforms in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years of leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers; experience managing Designers is advantageous.
• Experience managing roadmaps, releases, launches, and cross-functional delivery from strategy through execution.
• Strong product judgment and experience with enterprise customers, technical buyers, security teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong technical orientation and the ability to partner with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, IAM, privileged access management, DevOps, AI, automation, agentic workflows, platform integrations, or SaaS.
