Product Manager, Growth (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, near Market and Spear Street; office attendance is expected at least three days per week.

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 base per year plus equity options.

hirify.global is building a healthcare store that simplifies access to care through transparent upfront cash and insurance prices for visits, prescriptions, labs, imaging, and other services.

What you will do

• Own enterprise-facing product initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Define and maintain the enterprise product roadmap based on company goals and partner needs.
• Design and prioritize integrations with payers, employer partners, healthcare networks, and other external partners.
• Partner with engineering on APIs, data models, workflows, and system architecture decisions.
• Define success metrics and monitor system performance, reliability, and partner experience after launch.
• Simplify, standardize, and scale partner integrations while contributing to the long-term B2B platform strategy.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or integration-heavy environments.
• Experience owning technically complex product surfaces or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with multi-source data and operational systems.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and system design, with the ability to work closely with engineers.
• Ability to define metrics, evaluate tradeoffs, prioritize under constraints, and operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Clear, structured communication skills for aligning engineering, leadership, and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated systems.
• Experience scaling enterprise integrations across multiple partners.
• Quantitative or technical academic background.
