Senior Product Manager (Integrations Platform)

Location: San Francisco, United States; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees may work from home on Wednesdays; Friday flexibility depends on the role and team.

Base salary: $202,000–$230,000 per year, plus potential equity, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the vision and prioritized roadmap for the integrations platform, connecting customer needs and business outcomes to scalable capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to deliver reliable integrations involving APIs, authentication, connectivity, data flows, and backend dependencies.
• Improve how customers discover, connect, configure, and gain value from integrations, including data onboarding, ingestion, synchronization, and processing.
• Collaborate with design, research, data, marketing, and product teams to discover problems, ship iteratively, and measure adoption, reliability, retention, and growth.
• Manage vendor and platform partnerships from technical scoping through commercial and go-to-market alignment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with products in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data platforms, developer platforms, or integrations.
• Technical fluency with APIs, connectivity, and backend systems, including the ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience building or managing integrations and platform partnerships, aligning roadmaps, navigating dependencies, and balancing customer and vendor needs.
• Experience managing the technical, commercial, and go-to-market aspects of vendor or platform partnerships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and product lifecycle management skills, with knowledge of Agile or Lean principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS or other integration platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
