What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations consistently exceeded.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities while adapting solutions to evolving client needs.
• Lead contract negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in key account management, or project management.
• Demonstrated project leadership experience, managing complex client initiatives end to end.
• A strong track record of exceeding targets and growing key accounts.
• Proven experience negotiating with and managing relationships at C-level.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics and/or e-commerce (highly advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
