What you will do
- Execute ABM-driven outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts, job titles, and functions to personalize messaging.
- Schedule 2–5 qualified discovery calls per week with priority accounts.
- Log activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in CRM.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an outbound SDR role.
- 1+ years of experience at a startup (Series B or earlier preferred).
- Highly competitive nature with excellent critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- A “professional stalker” with great research skills.
- Comfortable selling to technical stakeholders.
- A strong sense of accountability.
- Coachable, curious, and excited to grow your career in sales.
