TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Proactively identifying, qualifying, and assessing sales opportunities for potential clients within a high-growth SaaS environment with an accent on articulating value propositions and crafting targeted messaging. Focus on market research, pipeline generation, and documenting customer data.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, requiring 2 days per week in the office.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 plus commission

What you will do

  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition over the phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Craft and target specific verticals through messaging and emails with a call to action.
  • Collect and relay customer-related stories and scenarios to build future use cases.
  • Provide insights and knowledge to identify potential gaps and progress opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of prospects and the competitive landscape.
  • Understand and develop documentation processes for capturing data via CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Consultative approach and exceptional communication skills are a must.
  • Passion for sales, software, and technology that solves business problems.
  • Ambitious and takes initiative to generate results.
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS company or work with enterprise software is a plus.
  • Experience in a related role or field is a plus.
