Compensation: Base Salary Range $34,300 - $46,200 USD, On-Target Earnings $49,000 - $66,000 USD.

What you will do
- Generate momentum and revenue through cold calling, emailing, and product demonstrations.
- Connect potential customers with appropriate hirify.global solutions.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the small college market.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on deal negotiations and maximizing profitability.
- Focus on the small college market (NCAA Division II, III, NAIA, Canadian colleges, junior college customers in North America across all sports).
Requirements
- University degree required (entry-level role).
- Strong sales skills including negotiation, prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals.
- High motivation and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Organizational skills to manage territory and prospect contacts.
- English: B2 required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
- Knowledgeable about sports (athlete, coach, or administrator experience).
